Realistic-looking texture
This project demonstrates INAC’s expertise in 5-axis aluminum machining for producing thin-walled, high-precision components.
Both the racket and shuttlecock were precisely manufactured to faithfully reproduce their complex geometries.
Despite the extremely delicate thin-walled structure, dimensional accuracy was maintained throughout the machining process.
Through advanced precision metal processing, INAC successfully created a model that achieves both reproducibility and lightweight design.

Racket
We encountered several challenges, especially with the net (guts) section, but we made technical adjustments to optimize the machine’s processing speed. At the same time, we were able to maintain the overall balance of the racket’s shape while highlighting the intricate details of the net design.

Liquid casting material is injected into the silicone rubber mold in a vacuum environment.
The silicone mold is cut open into a male and female mold, and the master model is removed.
The master model is fixed to a wooden frame and silicone is poured to create a mold.
